You can call the AIB Customer Support team on 0818 724 020 or 00353 1771 24 24 from outside of Ireland and select ‘option 4’. Next, you will be asked some security questions before your AIB Registration Number or AIB Personal Access Code can be issued.

I only need to retrieve my AIB Registration Number

A new AIB PAC can be issued only over the phone but if you wish retrieve your AIB Registration Number alone, visit the Customer Service desk in any AIB Branch or call AIB Customer Support where our staff will be happy to help you out.

I need to reset my AIB Registration Number or PAC

You can now reset your AIB Registration Number or PAC details online in a matter of minutes, visit the Ways to Bank section on our website.
